  1. 01Check in

Move Iris toward the cloud that feels closest. It does not have to be exact.

  2. 02What would help right now?

Something happened. Help me slow down. Help me understand this. I want to reflect. Each one opens a different first question.

  3. 03Your choice

Bookmark a conversation to return to it. Separately, decide whether Iris may remember anything at all.

How are you feeling, Sam?

Take your time. A quick emotional temperature check is enough.

How it works

01

Start where you are.

The product begins with how things feel, then makes room for words. You can choose listening, a different perspective, or practical help. There is no correct sequence to finish.

02

Return to what helps.

Bookmark a conversation to reopen it later. Saving a conversation and permitting future recall are separate choices. The official guide describes controls for reviewing, exporting, and deleting information.

03

A companion with boundaries.

Iris is for reflection, not clinical care. AI conversation processing is optional in the app. Visit the official website for its privacy approach and the latest public availability information.

Engineering perspective

Give the person control of the pace.

Iris’s public product guide separates choosing support, saving a conversation, and allowing future recall. These are distinct decisions, not one blanket preference.

01

Choose a starting point

A check-in helps the person begin without perfect words.

02

Choose the kind of help

Listening, perspective, and practical help shape the conversation.

03

Keep what is useful

Saved conversations can be reopened or removed.
